- Evidences of nominee’s major contribution in peace and humanitarian development
- Independent comments on nominee’s professional reputation
- The contact information of nominator and nominee, and if desired
- Maximum of 2 additional supporting letters

The Hall of Fame Management is keen to facilitate the nominators in making nominations through proper guidance, and documents preparation.
